The CHANTING PRACTICE page has been updated to now include a SECTION TWO, featuring original chant text, audios and English translations of the main Pure Land chants.

The SNIPPETS section of the website is regularly updated and it has quickly become a very popular part of our ever growing website. To accommodate the expansion of the SNIPPETS section it has be split into two pages ... and in a couple of weeks there will be a page 3!

Pure Land Notes Weblog

Our study sessions follow prepared study notes. However, we can occasionally detour into related issues. When appropriated, these notes are uploaded to www.purelandnotes weblog. Recent uploads of this type include entries 39 (Buddhist Cosmology). 40 (Dharamakara's Vows Categorised), and 41 (Religion in India in the 6th century BCE).

Currently, our Zoom study sessions entails a verse by verse examination of Shinran's Shoshinge as detailed in 'The Way of Nembutsu Faith' by Hisao Inagaki.

You are welcome to use the CURRENT STUDY text in a self-directed study, in your own time. However, if you would like to parachute into our Zoom sessions, I would be happy to meet with you on Zoom individually to bring you to a point where you could sync in with our existing group.
